The Lower Hall measures 19 feet by 76 feet with a maximum capacity of 142 people. It can seat comfortably 115 people when tables are used. There is a kitchen (non-commercial) with two fridges, a microwave and an oven. The west wall is entirely glass with doors that provides exceptional access to the patio and courtyard outside. The Lower Hall can also be divided into 2, 3 or 4 separate rooms depending on the needs of rentals.
