Are you a Soccer Referee? Interested in becoming a Soccer Referee?

Please email the soccer coordinator at soccer@brcacalgary.org to get your name on our Referee list or to find out how to learn more about becoming a referee!  We will require Referees for U10 and U13 games every week in May and June, as well as some special occasions like make-up games, pre-season games or tournaments.

    Refund Policies

Once soccer registration closes there is a lot of time and expense that goes into organinzing the playing season. For this reason, we have a simple but fair refund policy:

    •  registrations cancelled prior to March 12th, receive a full refund minus a $15 admin fee
    • registrations cancelled after March 12th, receive a 50% refund
    • After April 5th, no refunds will be issued.

    Friend Requests

We have over 350 kids register for the youth soccer program. The goal of the program is to gain some understanding of the game, learn some skills and most importantly HAVE FUN! Kids will meet other kids in the community. We know they want to play with their friends, but we can’t accommodate all friend requests. If you REALLY NEED a friend request, please email the soccer coordinator at soccer@brcacalgary.org with the names of both kids and their age group and the reason for the request. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but it is NOT guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding of this process.

    3. A list of soccer volunteer opportunities will be available online once the season begins, and I will also be contact by the volunteer coordinator with non-soccer related volunteer opportunities. It is my responsibility to ensure that I meet my volunteer obligation.

**Please note, opt out fees will be determined PRIOR TO REGISTRATION on February 10 of 2025.  The policy remains in effect.

For more information about volunteer opportunities in BRCA please contact the volunteer coordinator at membership@brcacalgary.org
